Every charge — subscriptions and pre-orders alike — is fully refundable within 14 days of the transaction date. Email support@buildoutleads.com from your subscription email, or contact Paddle (our Merchant of Record) directly. No questions asked.
Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time before your first lead digest is delivered, even beyond 14 days.
If we cannot cover your city within 60 days of your pre-order, we refund automatically — you don't need to ask.
If a month delivers fewer than 20 qualified leads per week on average, email us and we refund that month.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
