BuildoutLeads ("the Service") is operated by ryoma LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). The Service provides email digests of commercial building-permit information compiled from public municipal records.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation stops future billing. Every charge is refundable within 14 days, and refunds are governed by Dodo’s own rules — which require one to be initiated within 30 days of the transaction. See our Refund Policy.
All lead information originates from public government records. We make reasonable efforts to filter and deliver accurate data but do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any record. The Service provides information only; winning business remains up to you.
Digests are licensed to your business only. Reselling or redistributing lead data is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ryoma LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
