BuildoutLeads ("the Service") is operated by ryoma LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we"). The Service provides email digests of commercial building-permit information compiled from public municipal records.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider. Pre-orders are fully refundable until your first lead digest is delivered. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
All lead information originates from public government records. We make reasonable efforts to filter and deliver accurate data but do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any record. The Service provides information only; winning business remains up to you.
Digests are licensed to your business only. Reselling or redistributing lead data is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ryoma LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
